This center links the website policies that govern public use of apexradius.io and the default business terms that apply before a signed client agreement replaces them.

If a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other written contract conflicts with these public terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.

Priority and scope

The public website pages are designed for transparency, platform review, and default operating clarity. They are not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed client contract where the scope, budget, risk, data access, or regulated-industry exposure requires one.

Apex Radius does not use these pages to claim a public office address, guaranteed marketing results, or legal status that is not otherwise verified.
