This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Radius Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through apexradius.io, contact forms, Kovara Lead-Leak Audit requests, booking links, advertising campaigns, Meta/Facebook or Instagram lead forms, client intake, payments, and service delivery.
Apex Radius Ltd. is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Depending on the context, Alberta PIPA, Canada’s PIPEDA, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, and other privacy or consumer-protection laws may apply.

Information we collect
When you contact Apex Radius, request an audit, submit a form, book a call, respond to an ad, or become a client, we may collect business and contact details such as name, email, phone number, company, role, website, trade or service interest, average job value, ad-spend range, lead-response timing, budget range, message content, consent signals, and related business context.
Website forms may send the information you type plus source, landing page, referrer, consent status, and structured form answers to Apex Radius/Kovara lead intake at the same-origin `/api/v1/public/leads` endpoint.
We may collect technical and attribution information such as UTM parameters, `gclid`, `gbraid`, `wbraid`, `fbclid`, `msclkid`, campaign identifiers, ad IDs, form source, page path, page title, device/browser information, IP-derived region, approximate location, server logs, event data, and security signals.
If you use a booking link, including Apex-owned booking pages at app.apexradius.io, we may collect scheduling details such as booking reference, meeting time, meeting link, consultation type, and booking-provider metadata.
For client delivery, we may process information inside client-owned systems such as lead records, call metadata, call recordings where enabled, CRM notes, form submissions, analytics, ad conversion events, dashboard data, ecommerce connector data, automation logs, and operational logs.
How we collect information
- Directly from you when you submit forms, email us, book calls, sign proposals, approve work, or provide project materials.
- From advertising and social platforms when you respond to Apex Radius campaigns, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- From client-owned systems when Apex Radius is engaged to operate forms, dashboards, ads, analytics, automation, AI voice, CRM handoff, or reporting.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, analytics, and security tools.
- From third-party tools where needed for scheduling, communication, billing, support, hosting, analytics, advertising, security, or project delivery.
How we use information
Apex Radius uses information to respond to enquiries, prepare audits, qualify fit, book calls, provide proposals, deliver services, operate client systems, route and triage leads, measure campaign performance, attribute leads, prevent spam or abuse, secure the website, troubleshoot issues, improve services, invoice clients, and meet legal or platform obligations.
If you submit information through a Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or related lead/ad surface, we use that information to follow up on the request, measure campaign performance, sync lead flow, and operate the service you asked about.
Form events may also be used to record submit attempts, successful submissions, errors, booking-link clicks, and other conversion events so Apex can verify that the lead path works.
Apex Radius may use business contact information for relevant follow-up where permitted by law. Commercial electronic messages will be handled according to applicable consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements. Automated nurture or follow-up that requires consent will not start unless consent is recorded.
Internal lead triage may help prioritize response time and next steps, but Apex Radius does not use website form data to make legal, credit, insurance, employment, or similarly significant automated decisions about you.
Consent and choices
By submitting information through the website, a lead form, email, scheduling page, or client workflow, you consent to Apex Radius using that information for the purpose that was identified or reasonably related to the interaction.
You can withdraw consent for optional marketing follow-up or request that Apex Radius stop contacting you. Some information may still be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, dispute-resolution, service, or recordkeeping purposes.
Sharing and processors
Apex Radius does not sell personal information. We disclose information only where needed to operate the business, deliver services, comply with law, protect systems, or work with approved service providers.
Service providers may include hosting, domain, analytics, tag management, advertising, CRM, email, automation, scheduling, payment processors such as Stripe, security, project management, AI-assisted workflow, call routing, and client delivery tools.
Some providers may process or store information outside Alberta or Canada. Where information crosses borders, it may be subject to the laws and lawful access requests of the destination jurisdiction.
Cookies, pixels, analytics, and ads
The site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, conversion APIs, server logs, and similar technologies for security, analytics, attribution, campaign measurement, spam prevention, and lead-flow reliability.
When analytics providers are configured, form and page events may be sent through tools or hooks such as dataLayer/Google Tag Manager, Google gtag, Plausible, PostHog, Meta/Facebook, or similar platforms. These events may include page path, page title, source, service interest, budget range, consent status, status codes, and attribution parameters.
Browser settings and platform privacy controls can limit many of these technologies. More detail is available in the Cookie Policy.
Retention
Apex Radius keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business operations, client delivery, legal obligations, security, backups, dispute resolution, audit history, and platform compliance.
Lead and enquiry records that are not a fit may be deleted or archived after follow-up is complete. Client records may be retained for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for support, warranty, legal, accounting, and operational purposes.
Security
Apex Radius uses practical safeguards such as least-privilege access, secure deployment practices, private secrets storage, account separation where practical, access removal, operational review, and security-conscious vendor selection.
No internet system is risk-free. If Apex Radius becomes aware of a privacy breach involving information under its control, it will assess the risk and notify affected parties or regulators where legally required, including where a real risk of significant harm exists under applicable privacy law.
Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, subject to identity verification and legal or operational limits. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
If you believe Apex Radius has not handled your privacy request appropriately, you may contact Apex Radius first so the issue can be investigated. You may also have the right to contact the applicable privacy regulator.
Children and sensitive information
Apex Radius does not intentionally market to children or knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, health information, government identifiers, passwords, or regulated records unless Apex Radius has explicitly requested that information through an approved secure process for a specific engagement.
Changes
Apex Radius may update this Privacy Policy when services, tools, vendors, laws, or platform requirements change. The last-updated date reflects the current version.
