Refund and cancellation policy.
How Apex Radius handles deposits, retainers, project fees, delivered work, cancellations, third-party costs, disputes, and refunds.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Apex Radius service fees unless a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement states different payment, cancellation, or refund terms.
Because Apex Radius primarily sells services, strategy, implementation, managed operations, and custom work, refunds are handled differently than physical product returns.
Deposits and project fees
Deposits, setup fees, discovery fees, strategy fees, and milestone payments reserve time and fund work. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, they are non-refundable once work has started or Apex Radius has reserved delivery capacity.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, Apex Radius may offer a partial refund or credit after subtracting administrative time, committed costs, payment processing fees, and reserved-capacity impact.
Retainers and managed services
Monthly retainers and managed service fees are billed for reserved capacity, ongoing operations, monitoring, support, strategy, and execution availability. Unless the agreement says otherwise, retainer fees are not refunded for unused time within a billing period.
Cancellation notice periods should be stated in the signed agreement. If no notice period is stated, Apex Radius may require reasonable written notice to wind down work, transfer assets, and close access safely.
Third-party costs
Ad spend, media spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, platform fees, stock assets, payment processor fees, courier fees, and other third-party costs are not Apex Radius service fees and are generally non-refundable by Apex Radius.
Third-party refunds, credits, or chargebacks are controlled by the applicable third-party provider.
Delivered work
Fees for delivered work, approved milestones, completed discovery, published pages, launched campaigns, configured systems, created assets, audits, strategy documents, and work already performed are not refundable unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
If there is a delivery issue, Apex Radius’s first remedy is usually to correct the issue, complete the missing agreed scope, or provide a fair credit where appropriate.
Disputes and chargebacks
Payment disputes should be sent to [email protected] with the invoice number, amount, and reason for dispute. Apex Radius will review in good faith.
Unresolved chargebacks, reversed payments, or failed payments may result in paused work, suspended access, transfer delays, or collection of amounts owed, subject to applicable law and the signed agreement.
